Refund policy

Paid access is not on sale yet. Tenorly is currently free to use; this page describes the terms that will apply once paid access opens.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. There is nothing to justify and no form to fill in.

How to request one

• Email hello@tenorly.stdsquare.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number.
• We confirm the refund and your license code is deactivated. The money goes back to the original payment method through the payment processor; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion. If something is genuinely broken and we cannot fix it, we will make it right.

Free parts of Tenorly never require payment, so there is nothing to refund there.
